Cable Radio Network (CRN) is a news, entertainment and information radio network broadcasting to 26 million homes nationwide via local cable television outlets. It features six digital cable channels. CRN was started back in 1983 after its founder Michael Horn learned that his cable operator had retransmitted a radio station’s signal on one of its cable channels and received an arbitron rating that was higher than several major cable networks. Cable Radio Network uses the slogan “The Voice of Television.”
